The heart of a solar hot water heating system is the solar energy panel. The heated fluid inside the pipes of the solar panel transfers the heated fluid to the water storage tank in a closed loop design. The solar panel with one inlet connection (cold water) pipe and one outlet connection (hot water) pipe feeds the water storage tank with FREE heated hot water.

When you turn on the hot tap, waiting to leave first, is the solar hot water, which floats on top of the cold water in the water storage tank.

The solar control unit is the brains of the system. It switches on the circulation to harvest the suns energy at every opportunity.
